Steven Tyler Broke Shoulder In Concert Fall

Steven Tyler Broke Shoulder In Concert Fall

by Paul Cashmere - August 8 2009

Steven Tyler really hurt himself when he fell on stage in Dakota this week. The Aerosmith singer broke his shoulder.

Tyler was three songs into the set while performing the Aerosmith classic ‘Love In An Elevator’ when he tripped and fell during the Buffalo Chip Campground concert in South Dakota on Wednesday night.

Guitarist Joe Perry has now revealed is now back home in Boston and being attended to by his own doctor.

The 61-year old singer was dancing around the sound crew who were trying to replace a blown fuse during the song.

Amateur video captured the singer’s accident.

The band has cancelled their Winnipeg show and the remaining 18 dates on the tour now also seem uncertain.

An announcement of the future of the band is expected in coming days.

(I hope Steven has a speedy recovery and that Aerosmith is able to get back on the road when he is much better.)
